Growing too fast

Our sweet angel is now approaching 10 months. Yikes!
Some of the latest news for her, she is crawling. She still takes her time and only really crawls if there is something of great value to get to, like the remotes... But it's cute to see her go!
And last week she started eating "real" veggies and peaches. The first time she had her veggies she kept saying "hhmmmm" the whole time...She is my love and my pride and joy!

Motherhood

Can I just say that I love being a mom?! I love my little girl so much and it's just such a blessing to see her grow and be her mom! As she gets older, it just gets more and more fun. One of my favorite things to do with her is to teach her new things. I love showing her new things and seeing her reactions (that's the teacher coming out of me). My second favorite thing to do with her, is to go shopping (that had to be obvious, we're girls)! I finally have a shopping buddy. :) She and I have discovered a new love together, Target. I just love being a mom, and I don't even remember what life was like before motherhood... It is the best it's ever been now!

Beach!

We went to the beach as part of my birthday celebrations. It as amazing! It's been at least 3 years since we've gone, so it's the first time the baby went! :) She liked it! We will be coming back soon, maybe even go for a swim! It's kind of sad that we never go and we live about 30 minutes away....

My birthday!

My twin sister's and I birthday is coming up on Saturday. Our bestest and oldest friend, Pam, had us over to her beautiful house and made us a delicious dinner and yummy chocolate birthday cake! She knows how to appease her friends. My sis and I LOVE chocolate! It was really nice to celebrate with my sister and my Pam! Thanks Pam!!!!

9 months old!

My sweet angel is 9 months old today! It has been bittersweet. I love watching her grow and learn new things. It's just hard to realize that she's growing so fast and is no longer my little baby. Well, she'll always be my baby! :)
At 9 months, she:
can sit up on her own
feeds herself cheerios
eats 2 servings of veggies and fruit a day
does her version of crawling. She slithers around and uses her feet to push her body forward.
Has 5 teeth (2 in the bottom, 3 on top) They are so cute!
Wears 9-12 months clothing
Wears size 1-2 shoes
loves her bath!
has recently discovered that she likes to watch Blues Clues.
is getting in the habit of sleeping on her belly
can wear bows on her hair. she has hair!!! :)
just got a pink big girl carseat yesterday.

I love my sweet girl so much and everyday I just fall deeper and deeper in love. There are days when I look at her, and I can hardly believe that God has given me such a blessing. I'm so thankful I get to raise her!
