A good stress

This weekend is a busy one.  We are cleaning up for our home inspection that will take place Sunday afternoon.  After that hopefully things will go smoothly and we'll be signing contracts, packing and searching :)  We've been told that we have to close by Aug 13th (2 days before my birthday) but we don't have an official date yet.

At this point we've been doing online searches of property rentals and getting an idea of what we want/need and what's out there.  We'll be renting for 1-2 years as we decide what we want to buy.  I never want a mortgage again, but we'll see. lol  We've actually been looking at some townhouses, but our family requires 3-4 bedrooms plus a bonus room.  So we'll see what happens.  I'm trying not to stress out, God has our future home out there!

If things go smoothly, I predict by the end of this coming week/following week we'll be starting to pack and house hunt.  Both exciting and nerve wrecking!!! :) We are so excited and it seems hard to believe that after 10 months in this process, that it's coming to an end!
